Derive is much more than a mathematical editor. With it you can create formulas to insert them in your texts, but you can also use it as a mathematical calculator that solves all kinds of equations and mathematical problems (vectors, matrices, Boolean expressions, equations, etc).
With Derive you can solve problems of trigonometry, derivatives, algebra, calculations... with the results you can create graphs and statistics, you can rotate 3D graphs easily with the mouse.
This update includes, among others, the following new features:
